Dalits, particularly Christian Dalits, are highly discriminated in our country. CEEMA always focuses on their development. Various programmes are being planned and implemented for their education, welfare and empowerment. We regularly conduct skill trainings for Dalit women and youth.

- Provide adequate educational support to students from Dalit community along with remedial education for them.
- Organize programs to empower Dalit women through skill training and income generation.
- Extend a helping hand to the members of Dalit community in order to meet their basic physical needs.
Financial Support:
During the year we had supported around 75 Dalit children for their education. Nearly 25 dalit women are linked with government schemes and got loan to develop their livelihood activities. During the flood in Erode district we had supported 30 dalit families with house hold things and clothings.
